Shane Bradnick

Chief Creative Officer, TBWA\Auckland

Shane’s history of producing award winning creative work with high performing teams for some of the world’s leading clients has been a hallmark of his 19 year advertising career.


He’s been described by peers as an egoless bloke who’s just too bloody nice not to get along with. Which is probably how he’s got to where he is today.


As Chief Creative Officer at TBWA\ Auckland, Shane works to bring his trademark creative flair and depth of experience to a new team. You’ll find Shane’s award winning creativity at the heart of every piece of work TBWA produces.


Over the past 19 years Shane has moved up the advertising ladder, and recently he’s reached the top - as New Zealand’s top rated Creative Director, and 3rd ranked Art Director in the world.


Shane has held many roles in the advertising business, starting as a Junior Art Director at DDB South Africa, moving up the ranks until he reached Chief Creative Officer, here at TBWA.


Shane has won over 200 awards throughout his career both within NZ and internationally, including Cannes, D&AD, Spikes, One Show, AWARD and Axis, just to name a few.


He has produced work for world leading clients such as McDonald’s, Speight’s, Steinlager, Lotto NZ, BMW & Mini, Cadbury, SKY TV, Westpac and many more. More recently Shane has been working with ANZ, Independent Liquor and 2degrees - who he recently brought back to its roots here at TBWA\ Auckland.


Shane lives in his brand spanking new house with his wife, 2 children and his ginger cat called Steve.
