As CEO of TBWA Group in New Zealand she works to solve business problems through the power of creativity and by bringing together consumer insight, data, CX, UX, shopper marketing, digital and PR to tailor these solutions to each Client.
Over the past 15 years she has lead local, regional and global accounts in New Zealand, the UK and Australia and worked across the Automotive, Alcohol, Banking, FMCG, Services, Retail, Transport and Electronics sectors. She has a wholly integrated perspective on marketing with additional experience leading digital business, PR roles and in-house media and customer marketing solutions.
Catherine's work on iconic brands has lead to highly awarded campaigns for Nissan, Sony and OPSM across Cannes, The One Show, Clios, Caples, Webbys, the Effies, AWARD and multiple local and media awards. Her "Penny the Pirate" Campaign for OPSM has won over 100 Awards, was the WARC most effective campaign in the world in 2016 and she presented this project in Cannes resulting in an inaugural Cannes Creative Innovation Lion.
